WELCOME to our registration page!

This page will explain how you can register your child (children) into our tutoring sessions.
Registration is composed of four (4) documents and a prepayment fee. These documents (in order) are:

Please complete the four pages and fax (985 649-8105) or email them to us. If you would like to use the USPS, please send the four (4) documents and prepayment fee to the following address:

**Please note: The registration process is not complete until your prepayment fee is paid.
